2.0T TSI Motor Build

VW TSI 2.0T High Performance Engine build. Today we started assembling the long block for the 2.0T TSI motor for our GTI shop car. Block features over bored JE pistons, IE Forged Rods and ARP fasteners. The head has oversize Supertech valves, race springs and Ti retainers. Head port work, guide clearancing and intake diverter removed.

K04 upgraded turbo, HPA intake manifold, 3.0 inch down-pipe/exhaust and IE recirculating catch can kit. Tuned DSG and custom ECU software to follow…
